The famous medical school AL Ameen Medical College was established in 1984. The institution was founded by Drs. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, the founder of the Al-Ameen Movements. The campus hospital offers a variety of medical examinations, including histopathology, cytology, haematology, biochemistry, serology, microbiology, radiography with ultrasonography and computed tomography, electroencephalogram, audiometry, -endoscopy, and others. Both large medical facilities and extensive centres for coronary treatment are available. In addition, there is a 24-hour trauma centre and a full-service blood bank. There are a total of six special rooms available at the hospital. They have a telephone, a security guard, and a connected restroom. On the recommendation of a therapeutic counsellor or by referral to a general ward, they are assigned directly from the OPD. The Hospital Management Board regularly determines operating costs and other expenses.
The hospital has five operating rooms, including one each for orthopaedic, ophthalmology, ENT, and general surgery (OT). Obstetrics and Gynecology OT is located in Al-Ameen Women & Children Hospital.
