A reputable medical school, the Mayo Institute of Medical Science was founded in 2012. an initiative of the non-profit, non-governmental, non-political, and social Bodhisatva Charitable Trust, which works to improve communities and advance human wellbeing. Our ongoing goal is to inspire our students to engage in academic, athletic, social, and cultural activities so they can meet the need for fully developed, healthy humans in the world.

The Medical Council of India has given the Mayo Institute of Medical Science its approval and it is associated with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University. The institution has an expansive space of many acres that is ringed by luxuriant vegetation. This medical school is outfitted with cutting-edge amenities intended to benefit the students. The campus has an auditorium, two demonstration rooms, a common area, a practical laboratory, a central library, a skill library, four lecture halls, and an additional lecture hall for audio-visual assistance. In addition to academic facilities, the college has a gym, a sports field, a conference room, etc.

A multispecialty hospital with contemporary amenities, the campus' hospital has 736 beds and serves the requirements of the people in the vicinity of Lucknow. The Mayo School of Nursing offers several options for students to conduct individual study projects in the area of nursing education as well as collaborative and interdisciplinary education.
